RecommendedHighly recommend! My 7yr old son had his first experience with stitches and they made it as smooth as possible. The staff was extremely professional.
Advertised wait time was 1 minute. Not accurate. They advertise as a fully functioning ER, fully staffed- which is not accurate. The Dr. came in and never introduced herself, nor did she even say hello. The ordered an ultrasound, for which they had to call in the technician, who we were told had an hour to arrive. It is now past that hour and the tech has yet to arrive. Will NOT be back. Be AWARE- the wait time is misleading!!!!!!!!
I have taken my Mom on multiple occasions to Swift CreekER. The staff are great and thorough. I highly recommend the facility and staff.
We had to visit Swift Creek ER last Wednesday around 2 a.m for an ear infection for my 4 year old. I felt so silly going in for something like that, but everyone there was so nice, welcoming, and did not make me feel stupid in the slightest. Since our visit, we have received a follow up call checking on our girl and a thank you note for choosing them. Highly recommended!
I’ve had to take all four of my sons to Swift Creek several times and they always treated us wonderfully.
