I will give this place NO stars. This place, today I just got a bill from them for No reason. I paid them in full and the insurance company did also. I only been there one time. and I didn't owe them any money. a few weeks ago I tried to make a appointment and I had to wait 3 weeks for a cleaning and the cleaning was 365.00. I called and went there to get a appointment and because I had to wait three weeks I went to another place. The hygienist was nice but didn’t do much on the cleaning side. Also, she did not tell me that my insurance will not pay for the fluoride treatment. I was disappointed.
I went to this dental clinic after receiving a mailer advertising a $79 new patient special that included an exam, x-rays, and cleaning. They refused to do the cleaning and instead told me I needed over $4000 worth of treatment – all without doing anything that was promised in the offer. I ended up paying $60 for x-rays But when I asked for my x-rays and images multiple times, they never sent them.
