After two weeks, I hadn't received the estimate as I was told. Contacted Terry by phone and email. He replied that they were out of town but I would receive the estimate by the end of the week. Nothing. Wrote again, since I was leaving town for a month and wanted to schedule the job for my return. Nothing. Wrote one more email later, while still out of town. Nothing. Perhaps replacing two glasses and installing a storm window was too small of a job to even bother sending an estimate.
I hired Swift to install a new front door and storm door for an older house. They were not the cheapest bid, but the quality of the doors they suggested, along with positive word-of-mouth reputation swayed me. Their team showed up on time and worked late to get the doors installed in a single day. The installers were polite, professional, and did not cut corners or rush things. The doors function beautifully and look great. I am very pleased with the service.
