Honestly, I was hesitant to even clean carpets in my living room because they seemed too far gone (they're almost 20 years old), but I'm so glad I did! They look new again. We were able to get scheduled quickly, service was professional, and the carpets were fully dried in under 8 hours. No funky smells or crunchiness whatsoever. I will definitely call them again! They also offered to come back for free if there were any issues, which I really appreciated.
