I would strongly caution anyone considering using this company to proceed very carefully. In my case, full payment was demanded before any work commenced. After payment was made, additional costs were raised, pricing and scope were not clearly disclosed, and responsibility was shifted to me for requesting that the flooring height match the existing tiles, without any agreed variation or written terms.
