I had a slow leak even after using a can of spare in a can. I stopped by and asked Paul if he could repair a tire. He didn't have a tire machine, but he still patched my tire and allowed me to safely make it home 4 hours away. I also talked with him for a while and was impressed with his knowledge about cars, and I got the impression that he doesn't take short cuts, he does it right.
Mason is fair and dependable. I have 3 cars and no car is alike. The foreign cars (my Passat) take specialized equipment to diagnose properly. It is always difficult for ANY mechanic to repair without specialized equipment the dealerships have. He responds even in the weekends and has even picked up a car and driven it to his shop to repair. His prices are the fairest I’ve found and his turn around is amazing. I highly recommend this guy!
A few weeks ago we took my 2010 Subaru Forester to Swift Automotive. We told Mason we thought it was the turbo going out. So we took the already purchased turbo to him to see if we were correct. Mason had previously stated he was a Subaru expert. Well let's just say that was a lie. We were told it wasn't the turbo, the timing was off. So we had to get a $334 timing kit. Had to pay for my car to be towed there payed for parts and labor just for the work not to be completed correctly the was a head light that wasn’t connected got pulled over for that. There was a radiator hose clamp that was completely forgotten to be put back on therefore it blew the hose off along with all of the coolant and destroyed my water pump so now I’m at back to where I was if not worse than before I took my car in it’s a 2012 mini cooper s and he’s trying to make it seem like I took it to him like that after admitt... read more
