Horrible horrible horrible. I had a rental vehicle paid for till the end of the day and the company decided they were picking it up at noon because they didn’t want to deal with traffic closer to the end of the day. This company did nothing but cause me grief and lie to me over the phone forcing me to text them to reiterate our phone call proving I was not stealing the vehicle I had rented.
