6 months and 1 of 2 units not right.Sent back 3 times and still waiting .Did business with Allison Park location and after ordering we were told they were moving.
Swift audiology was great. Easy to deal with, very helpful if a problem arises. Can usually get an appointment if needed right away. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about hearing aids!
Very helpful
This place has very bad customer service, tried to call for appointment they put me on hold for 15 minutes, I got tired of waiting so I hung up, waited awhile called back, they picked up and hung up on me, waited a ,little more called back and got a recording that they were busy. This was all in about 40 minutes, if they are that busy, they need to hire more help or get a better receptionist because Pam sucks!
