Once your warranty is over they try to sell you a new pair of hearing aids instead of adjusting they ones you have. They send you home with a "try these" for two weeks. All I wanted is mine cleaned and adjusted. Then they give you a hard time about making an appointment to have them adjusted. This was my second pair through them and last. Never again. The receptionist had a horrible attitude. To clarify, I knew about the $30.00 for cleaning and $75.00 to get an adjustment. I had NO problem in paying that.
This is my second pair of hearing aids thru Swift. I like this practice because it feels personal and intimate. They are very good about showing you all your options and the prices for each hearing aid. They also do all the dealing with insurance paperwork. I highly recommend them.
I have been a customer of Swift Audiology for over 6 years. I stopped in at the 6000 babcock blvd office for an exam and information. Lauren was the audiologist that I met. I made a purchase and have been going back for checkups ever since. I am very happy with Swift Audiology and the Phonak hearing aids that I purchased. If you are looking for hearing aids and worry about the after purchase service then you can stop worrying and rely on Swift Audiology.
