Great experience with these guys - I had them come to do an annual clean on my 2x older air units. One of them was making a loud/odd sound that they said was unlikely to be able to be fixed because of the age of the unit. After they left, they came back to me and said they had sourced a part for me that would likely fix the issue. Technician returned and fixed the problem and now they are working perfectly. I am very pleased with the professional manner in which my ducted system has been installed. Commencing with Nick who supplied a very fair and competitive quote with all the information I required to satisfy my concerns. His team of enthusiastic young men attended who were very respectful, polite and demonstrated care for my home. Wanted to put a good word in for the crew over at Swift Air Con. Had them out today to replace the unit, and it’s rare to find a business that still runs on an old school values . They did what they said . No extra surprises . Boys super clean . Can’t ask for anything more. These guys great for the working class ;)
The lads at Swift did an amazing job installing two 19.5kw Daikon 3 phase units in the two 3 storey wings of a heritage house. There were 8 guys over three full days and they worked flat out and did the job to perfection installing wall controllers, massive fan coil units to the basement roofs and condensers well hidden outdoors. Amazing job and cleaned up tidy afterwards. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
Very prompt installation after ordering. The installers proceeded with minimum disruption of my household and were very professional in their dealings with me.
