Although the first attorney I talked to at the firm was sharp, and had some great accolades, I was then passed on to another who really had nothing going for him but a last name. After a meeting, which resulted in broken promises, I asked Mr. Swier if he had followed through with what he said he was going to do. He responded by dropping my case. He doesn't care, and he won't try unless it's a slam dunk. Save your time, and go to a firm that cares.
