Mr Gerard Swientek refused to do any repairs to drywall his company installed. His workers were under the influence throughout the entire work day even when I asked them to stop drinking and working on my construction job site. After several emails and begging for him to meet me half way with repairs he still refused. I was left to hire someone else to repair 8 of my walls and 1 ceiling. We contracted Gerard and Swientek to do the sheetrock and texturing for our new home through U Build It in 2018. In the beginning of the process, Gerard spoke eloquently, and did his best to sell us on his overpriced ($24K+) bid. We felt comfortable after the other bids that came in were just not good on communication and punctuality.
