Kent is very knowledgeable, easy to work with, affordable, has the patience to answer basic questions and easy to communicate with! My brother and I are looking forward to future suspension work and our rides!
Swick’s is managed by a sole proprietor (Kent) who really knows motorcycle and ATV suspension. He has a suspension dyno to exercise suspension components after a rebuild or test suspension front / rear to determine what problems they may have. Probably one of the few garages with this technology on the west coast. I simply needed a shot of nitrogen after rebuilding a rear shock and I got an education from a true master tech. Great communication, quality service, excellent knowledge from youth to adult riders and bike types. This shop has a dyno and has unique options for racers that actually make positive differences in your race craft. 3 bikes done there so far: tc85, tc65, sherco 300 se factory.
I had a weird problem, and someone mentioned Swick's, so I called them. They didn't have the specialized tools it would take, but they took the time to send me instructions, with a picture, of a rig they made to overcome a similar problem. Anyway, the first chance I get to throw some $$ at them, I'm going to jump on it, because this is the sort of service and knowledge we all need to support
