Kent has Gone out of his way to take care of me, even before I was a paying customer he helped me solve a suspension issue on the interwebs, that gesture alone won my business. Cant recommend his services enough, easy to deal with, quick to respond and ever helpful! as well as having a deep reservoir of tuning and testing experience its the kind of business you want to support, take my money!:)
Shopped around for a shop to install Ohlin's Cartridge kit for my 2010 Harley-Davidson. So glad I found Kent Swick, the guy knows suspensions and has long history of innovation making him the go to guy from the entire West coast. Although I could have taken my bike to several shops closer to me it was worth the trip by saving me money providing peace of mind. My needs were not very technical, but the front-end inserts, along with Ohlin's in the rear is a confidence enhancer. I should have done this years ago. Thanks Kent!
