Took my truck In for my transmission slipping, they had my truck for 6 months and when I finally got it back it lasted for 3 months and it started doing the exact same thing again. They didn't want to warranty the work or parts until I reached out to the parts supplier. I've been in a couple of times. First time I needed to be towed in and I was shown on the diagnostic tool what was wrong. I'd pretty much had it figured out before taking it in. They were able to confirm what I'd figured. Fixed in a timely manner and no problems. Second time was just some maintenance I wanted taken care of including a serpentine belt. Again, fixed in a timely manner with absolutely no residual problems. I don't need services often but this is where I'll go when I do.
