Dead battery. Service called with quote about cost of repair. My estimate of cost was about a thousand dollars (battery, plus diagnostic and labor) Pleasantly surprised with a considerable reduced bill. Definitely appreciated.
Good quick service. Unfortunately they left the auto with dirt on the seats. Minor issue not related to their good work.
I pulled up to the door, they opened the door. I spoke with Tyler service technician asked if he could change my oil he said yes. They changed my oil a little expensive. But it was done in roughly 30 minutes. I had conversation with both Tyler and the mechanics whom changed my oil. All conversations were pleasant.
Some kid coming to talk to me before I park and get out was annoying. The kids standing at the doorway like vultures was off-putting. Not a very inviting place. The dudes need to do some sales training, learn how to talk to potential customers. Learn how to make others feel comfortable when they walk in. I do not recommend this dealership purely based on the sales people. Otherwise, I appreciate being able to set a time to come in through text message and I appreciate getting a phone call to touch base
