Classic modern day auto experience on both the auto body side and repairs side of. On the auto body side they: over promised when our vehicle would be done (~2 weeks vs. 4 weeks), telling us different stories at different times of why there was a delay, not checking their work (misaligned blind spot sensor), and not being able to fix the work after we had to bring it back in for the sensor issue. Michael Moore was my service advisor. He worked with me and the extended warranty plan to insure the car was fixed properly and with the least amount of money out of my pocket.
Dakota provided excellent customer service. He was informative and it was evident that he is dedicated to his job. Thank you Dakota!
The service went well. However, upon paying, I have some heartburn. They charged me a 3% service fee to use my credit card. This was never explained when scheduling the service. Not cool. Also, the next day I received marketing information that offered (thru 2/28/2026) a discount on wipers. I had 3 wiper blades installed, approximately $90. No discount was offered. I have always been loyal to the dealership, but was disappointed this time.
