I purchased a vehicle from Swickard of Palmer in July and traded in my previous vehicle as part of the deal. Since then, it has been nothing but a frustrating experience. Gary and the mechanic Tabby did a great job and was very timely for a major repair.
Bought a 2018 Yukon at the beginning of February with the extended warranty and the transmission started slipping. Brought to Swickard GMC to be serviced & told them I had the bumper to bumper warranty on the vehicle, to which they replied great, we have it in our system. Called that night or next and was told that the transmission was shot and needed to be replaced, they also told me that they'd be able to work on it right away since they had one on their shelves. The service I received was fantastic! I made a last minute oil change appointment and had them check out a few other things with the vehicle. They were very accommodating. I also had them do a detail of the vehicle, they called me and asked if they could keep it an extra day to make sure they were able to get all the dog hair out of the carpets. That’s customer service. I have had multiple cars detailed and I personally think Swickard GMC went above and beyond to make sure everything was clean and fixed.
