Jaqueline was wonderful, she was kind, informative and very communicative. I thoroughly enjoyed the addition of them sending a video from your mechanic doing a final walk around after service is complete to address and issues that you might have. Great idea to be able to see through video the potential problem areas, instead of just being told by a service writer.

One of the best experiences buying a truck. No pressure but when you find the one you want, they make it happen.
