Advisor doesn't do his job. Can't get updates from him and I have to reach out to someone else to let him know I'm trying to get a hold of him. Literally the worst Advisor I've delt with. was great as always.
Service was great. Got me in on time and finished with my vehicle at the promised time. No issues.
Service department came in way above expectations!! Called in after talking to another gmc dealer who stated they had a 6-8 week wait to even get a diesel truck into the shop to diagnose the emissions code. Called Swickard of Palmer Friday morning and they said they had a 2-4 day wait period but there was a good chance if I got the truck there they could at least get it in the bay and see what the issue is.
