Quick and easy
I am extremely disappointed with the handling of the paint job they did in late March. It clearly does not match the rest of my vehicle. The new paint looks more yellow (gold metallic) than the rest. I have asked them to fix it and the "best they can do" is give me a discount to paint a rear panel so it blends better. The general manager, Chris Zello, didn't even have the time of day to respond to my messages. BEWARE, customer care is NOT their priority!
Service was provided and professional. My truck was driving like new again.
I had been working with Phil for over a month looking for the right truck to suit my needs as well as my budget. He was never pushy but was communicative as various trucks came into the dealership. He was able to find exactly what I wanted and could afford. I have found Phil to be knowledgeable, competent and personable. I would not hesitate to recommend him or the dealership to friends and family.
