My first dealings with Josh was a Saturday morning when an engine light appeared on my dash. I did a quick search for good mechanic reviews and Josh at Swick had fantastic reviews. I rang and told Josh my dilemma and he said bring it around. I did and he sorted it right then and there. Been going there for years now. Josh even lent me a car when mine wasn’t ready. He’s professional and great to deal with.
I can’t recommend Swick Automotive Bundaberg highly enough. They were the only workshop that genuinely took an interest in servicing my inboard ski boat, and from start to finish nothing was an issue for them. The work was done to a really high standard, the pricing was fair and transparent, and they went out of their way to squeeze me in before a required date, which I truly appreciated. We are German backpackers and had a new noise at our lc80 1hz 5gear manual. We could drive by immediately and the overwhelmingly friendly mechanic Jack had a quick test-drive with us to figure it out. He gave us a secure feeling for the further travel to Brisbane and didn't charge us for the time he spent. Very friendly, professional and clean looking workshop overall! I highly recommend it!
