Dr. Azad and especially his office staff are horrible. I was 10 minutes late for an appointment that I'd waited over a month for, and they refused to see me. Then claimed that I was supposed to be there 30 minutes early to complete paperwork. I was *never* told this. Furthermore, if Dr. Azad and his office had any sophistication, they would've provided the paperwork electronically so i could complete it in advance. I do not recommend Dr. Azad, nor the SWICFT practice, and I will provide negative reviews on every platform ava... read more
