When my son's invisalign glue was removed, his tooth was chipped. My son noticed it in the car on our way home and I called IMMEDIATELY to tell them what happened and was asked to come back to for a look a few days later. When the chip was finally fixed by our dentist a few months later, Swiatek wouldn't pay for the repair and basically called us liars. It wasn't a huge expense, but integrity is dead.
RecommendedOur daughter has gone to swiatek for her orthodontic needs. She got braces last year and has a retainer. An old picture of her popped up on my memories, so we wanted to show a comparison for anyone interested. Thanks so much swiatek!!
Dr Swiatek is really one of the kindest Drs I’ve ever been too. He takes time to explain everything and he isn’t overly aggressive with treatment. His front office staff is super friendly too and that makes a huge impact in a dr office. Our oldest just got his braces off yesterday and we have another one that will most likely get them on next year. Definitely going with Swiatek!
