Worst experience dealing with Doug
LOVE my new garage cabinets. Doug was so easy to work with as he showed up on time for my estimate. He returned a week later on time to install. Besides storage cabinets, Doug built me a DIY counter area. I'm already wanting more cabinetry! I chose (w/Doug's help) a gray color with black edging.
Douglas came over to give us a quote and explained in detail the installation process. He was nothing but a gentleman and he measured, sized up the space leaving ample room for us to keep both the furnace and water heater free, and, ultimately, gave us a cost quote that beat every other company competitor. The cabinets he installed are both lovely and utilitarian and Doug and SWG cabinets are to be commended for their performance and professionalism. I can’t recommend Douglas and Southwest Garage Cabinets highly enough!
We called this company as we needed some garage cabinets in our garage. Doug came out and he smelled of alcohol horribly. It was only 9am. Then to find out he the owner of the company. Its ashamed that the owner has a drinking problem. I am glad I found someone else.
