Very disappointed. Glass company came to obtain measurements. When the glass door did not fit, they accused US of giving him the wrong measurements, despite this being THEIR responsibility. The owner Les became very irate, yelling at us. They made US pay $50 extra for them to come out and take the right measurements ….. when this was their responsibility to complete accurately the first time. Extremely unprofessional, poor customer service. Will never use them again.
Needed a shower door installed (bought online-Another local company that I called would not install a shower door that was NOT purchased through them mine had lots of parts) FORTUNATELY I CALLED LES (owner) & he came over the very next day to give me a quote and had it installed in the next couple of days by WARD!!! Beautiful job & both guys were easy to deal with & I’d hire them again in a minute!!! THANKS SWGA GLASS & TILE!!!!
I needed a mirror cut yesterday, and they were willing to do it for me while I waited! Plus, they were very kind and provided good customer service. That’s again!
