The original installation was accomplished in a timely and professional manner. The maintenance of our machine has been conscientious, performed by able and professional technicians. So I’m from Chicago so I’m used to being cold right but I moved to Florida because of the weather… I had a problem with my generator because it’s old… SWFL gave me a quick response they came in. Were very polite, professional and communicated well what the problem was… Now if it’s too cold in the house. I turned the thing off. If it’s too warm I turned it on with no problem thank you SWFL.
I called SWFL Generators and spoke to Brad. I had a lot of questions and he took the time to explain everything. From the time the job was started to the time it was complete, it all went smoothly. I love the fact that my generator will automatically activate as soon as there is a power failure. Brad made sure my family is now safe and secure. I would recommend Brad and South Florida generators to any of my friends or family.
