My wife and I live in Stonecreek in Naples and we were literally abandoned by our Generac maintenance company XtraMile Cooling, Heating and Plumbing without any kind of notice. That company had decided to stop servicing the west coast of Florida. No letter, call, notice or alternate recommendation of any kind and this occurred just prior to Helene and Milton hit our area during which time we received constant maintenance alerts from our unit!
