We just recently used SWF for extensive damages to our home due to multiple hot water pex pipe bursts. Pedro and his team did an amazing job with all the cleanup and mitigation and made us feel comfortable and at ease in a difficult situation. I can not say enough good things about Shadow Wood Flooring & their sister company SWF Water Damage, Inc. We had an issue with a leak around the toilet in our half bath on the main level of our house which caused the wood floors surrounding it to start warping. We had initially noticed the issue before Thanksgiving & had a plumber come out to fix the issue (or so we thought), but unfortunately this past weekend we started noticing signs of fresh leaking. You cannot go wrong this this very ethical and hard working company. Unfortunatly I've had to use them twice in the last 2 years. The first time a door blew upen during a storm when we were not home and rain entered our home casuing our floors to buckle. Another company said that our floors on the entire level would need to be removed, new floors installed, sanding etc. SWF said that they believed they could get the buckling to abate with their super powered mats that removed water and profession grade demhumiding equipment.... read more
