I genuinely cannot recommend Valerie and Sweven Salon enough. This was by far my FAVORITE salon experience I’ve ever had. I went to Valerie for a perm, and from the very beginning she was incredibly warm, gentle, relaxed, and welcoming. She took the time to really listen to what I wanted, asked questions to make sure we were completely on the same page, and was very upfront about pricing before we got started. Although my google profile doesnt display my name, it is Crystal. I just spent about 8 hours in Valeries chair in total. Two four hour sessions over two weeks. I have always struggled with my hair, its very thick and curly and hard to manage but I also really dont like the way i feel and look with short hair. As always, Valerie was wonderful. Even though I have only been seeing her for a short time, she really knows how to deal with my stressed out hair. We have good discussions s about what we can do with my hair based on the condition of it at that time, and what would be best for it too. I feel very lucky to have decided to try Sweven Salon, and met Valerie. It's hard to find someone you trust with your hair, especially when you don't have a lot of it....but I've found the one!!
Absolutely love this salon! The staff is friendly, professional, and really listen to what you want. My hair has never looked better — 5 stars all the way!
