My mom is 54 years old and drives and older Ford Crown Victoria. She left work at the University of Maine on Monday, Nov. 30th, 2009. Her car was making an awful noise in the front end. She stopped at Swett's for help. They put her car on the lift, told her she needed a brake job on the front, made her an appt., gave her a quote of almost $300.00 and sent her on her way.
