My house was hail damaged, roof and siding. We contacted Swett construction to do the job as an insurance claim primarily due to the review of the company. Our first contact was knowledgeable and reassuring, but there was a recent hire on the team that eventually became our sales contact. I am very happy with the work done in the end, but I am not at all happy with the way the newly hired sales rep handled most of our contacts. Swett Construction did an amazing job on our Hotel roof (after bad hail damage)…a challenging project requiring exceptional planning to ensure very little disruption to the guests. Btw- we found out that Swett’s advise to upgrade our shingles to Class 4 hail resistant paid off (no damage found after another recent brutal storm). THANK YOU TEAM!
Good company hard working, and friendly people, I would use them Everytime I need something done. Jessie is a awesome guy to hire/work for, he will get your job done right the first time.
They have been diligent, thorough, and polite. Was impressed with how they even discarded some grass clippings we had in the yard for us, without being asked, and checked for roofing nails. Owner has been communicative and prompt, working with us around our schedule.
