We worked with Stan years ago during our foreclosure process and I’m going to give the most honest review possible. Stan approached us with the traditional mail in "I can help stop your foreclosure process". Reluctantly, we said okay and came in for a consultation; and meeting the man, he does have a professional approach to him and seems as if he really wants to help. This guy is a scam artist he preys on people that are currently in foreclosure going into foreclosure. He purports to know people at the circuit court, so he will have them delay any type of eviction from your home for over a year. He will not use emails or texts to communicate. I suppose this is so he doesn't leave a paper trail. my advice is to stay as far away from this guy as possible
Stan, helped me and my wife 3 years ago and done everything he said he would! If we had any problems with something all we had to do was all him! As far as we know he's serviced over 2,100 people since 1989! Cool Dude......
