Family Practice primary care for individuals and families across all life stages. Convenient location. Wonderful office staff. All medical staff are patient, kind and empathetic. Appointment scheduling can sometimes involve small wait times, but it is not the norm. I can't imagine going anywhere else. I normally see my Doctor, S. Ballard but, on occasion I've been taken care of by Dr. Patel. I feel comfortable here.
Dr Patel, I appreciate your whole staff from GiGi in the front to the lab personnel in the back and all in between. I want to give a shout out to Stephine Ballard. Stephine takes very good care of me. She teaches me about diet, blood pressure, cholesterol, weight, fluid intake, everything. Stephine even encourages me. She leaves no stone unturned. Well Done Dr Swetang Patel’s Health Care Team ! Well Done.
Staff very friendly. I felt heard by Dr. Ambrose when I first started coming here, now I see Dr. Ballard and she's amazing too
I have never seen a doctor or PA. Better or more caring than Laura. She takes her time with each patient and has ALWAYS had my best interest in mind. She truly cares about her patients.
