I have never seen a doctor or PA. Better or more caring than Laura. She takes her time with each patient and has ALWAYS had my best interest in mind. She truly cares about her patients.
Great service
Sadly I chose to find a New Primary Care. I absolutely adore Dr. Stephanie Ballard. Their bedside manner is one of compassion Dr. Stephanie is a quick wit and patient. There are veteran staff members who I was always happy to see. With that said , “ something” (someone) has to change in this office. One bad apple can spoil a bunch! Water cooler conversation should NEVER include patients care.
Doctor Patel and ALL of his staff are exceptionally professional. I look forward to my appointments and more importantly any concerns I may have are addressed appropriately. I've never had a negative experience with Doctor Patel and glad to have him as my doctor.
The N.P Lauren is wonderful, listens to you and really cares about helping the patient... the phlebotomomist is friendly and efficient given ALL that she has to do
