The date of service was changed and I was not notified. I found out the day before the date scheduled that someone changed the date of service Was not told until Swept Away was on site that 2 motors and 2 fans for replacement were not going to be installed as was part of the contract. Gave me a tariff excuse. I should have been notified prior to service. No date or estimation when they will be back to install the motors and fans. Arion did an amazing job. Very polite and went the extra mile. Even took the vent off the dryer and put the correct fixture on it. Highly recommend Swept Away.
