Professional in addition to being informative and gracious.
Very professional, very good service. I'm so glad these are one of the few places that actually have nationally certified technicians. You really don't want someone messing up your dryer vent or chimney that you can't see what's wrong with it easily.
It is so refreshing to find a company that cares about their customers and potential customers so much. The GM, Mike, came to my rescue when I got taken by a fly by night company to clean my dryer vent and replace the vent cover. He went out of his way to make the situation bearable for me and volunteered to come right out and take care of everything. He fit me in at a moment's notice without hesitation.
