The WORST company and it WRONG that in some places THIS is all you have options for. They also have this AMP billing program that charges you A LOT and then when you try to get out of it, they want to charge you a ton of money and also make your full monthly bill due at the same time (even tho it isn't due yet) Their bet is that they've made it so expensive that you CAN"T cancel the AMP. Lived here 23 yrs in Saratoga ar. Swepco is negligent ( has history of negligence lawsuit) they have Never maintained their elec lines on my st or westview in 23 yrs. I called. Git a fake work order number in July then they gave me a forestry guys number. That guy finally answered after 5 calls saying i dont cover Ar. Call matt ? So i did he came out in august saying the maintenance orders have to be in by july for the following yr 2024 but when i asked for written proof of that statement he said " its not available " swep... read more
000000000000...... do better. STOP putting up power lines above ground where they are going to get destroyed again. We pay you to support us not waste money on old ideas that continue to fail. Do better.
Worst company and customer service support. They give you a restoration time then 7 hours later accessing conditions then it's another 5 hours till supposedly fixed. Always changing times on it and never really sn honest time. Really miss my old electric company.

Swepco is THE ABSOLUTE WORST POWER COMPANY!!! SLOW, RUDE AND EXTREMELY OVER PRICED .. I'VE BEEN WAITING ON POWER FOR MY HOUSE FOR TWO FREAKING MONTHS....AND STILL NOTHING!!!! however it Nevers takes them long to steal a payment for service thats not even done.... I swear someone needs to open the bracket to bring another company in, the competition will definitely get their acts together
