Waited 20+ minutes for some nuggets and a shake while employees inside laugh with each other and eat food. Disgusting service. Never eating here again

I came on a slow Tuesday evening at 5 o’clock and waited 30 mins before asking my server what was taking so long? There wasn’t many cars and I was confused. I was greeted rudely being told this is the time it takes I don’t know what to tell you! Not I’ll check on your order let me see what’s going on. Great food always but first bad experience as a return customer.
