I had a very disappointing experience and has nothing to do with the service. The service was great the young gentleman that took our order and brought us the food was beyond expectation. However, the food itself such as the Galley boy that I ordered, a quarter Pounder were terrible. I grew up in northeast Ohio, and used to frequent one of the Swensons in that area that was one of the original ones close to Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.
