well.... I scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance. come Friday, the service was cancelled due to weather conditions, and so it was for Saturday. I got a call from the office assuring me the crew will complete the application on Sunday. no call, no show. I'm not sure all the five star reviews are about the same business
