I don't know where to start Mike at the Concord NH store was amazing with help to make a bench for a memorial for a friend of mine and his team made it custom and to what we wanted and more. It was made in a few months as they said it would be. Mike kept me informed the hole time. The day of delivery was as they said it would be. On time and there driver was amazing as well. I picked up a special order of granite at the South Hadley store and the guys were very helpful with questions related to future stone purchases and did a great job loading the truck.
We had such a great experience with Swenson Granite in Amherst. We needed a stepping stone (they call a Tread) in front of our house. Nick, in the office, is so nice and patient. He gave us the right advice for what we needed. The delivery was done by Chris. He showed up when scheduled. Chris was super kind and calm.
