We had such a great experience with Swenson Granite in Amherst. We needed a stepping stone (they call a Tread) in front of our house. Nick, in the office, is so nice and patient. He gave us the right advice for what we needed. The delivery was done by Chris. He showed up when scheduled. Chris was super kind and calm. He made sure the very heavy stone was exactly where we wanted it.to be laid. He made sure the stone was level. We appreciated the entire transaction. Great customer service.
We purchased a mail post this weekend and were so happy with the whole experience. The customer service was outstanding, friendly and efficient and nothing was too much. The mail post itself is beautiful, great quality granite and by far the best we have seen since starting our search. Would highly recommend to anyone in the market for a new mail post.
