We called Friday at about 9am to schedule a service call for our garage door. By noon Shawn was in our driveway! He was professional and efficient. My husband is a retired contractor and is very particular about any work completed at our cabin, and was very pleased with the service we received.
Extremly pleasant experience. Outstanding prompt service! Best of the best. Would recommend to anyone requiring service for their garage doors.

Definitely don't recommend. Super rude people. Spring broke on my garage door. Called my landlord who called these guys. They came out the next day without speaking to me. Since I didn't know they were coming and have 3rd shift hours, I was asleep when they came. Called them after waking up and seeing that I had missed calls, only to be spoken to rudely and have since received the run around. Mark at Swenson doors called and came right out and fixed an error I had made (not detensioning the cables on the door!) and he fixed it quickly and expertly, and installed the other identical panel on another door. They were fast, reasonably priced, and reliable. I highly recommend Swenson Doors!
