Not once but twice, I found myself searching for help with my vehicles. In 2023 my Civic just stopped turning on. Mechanics in the area wouldn't come to my location. They saw $$$$ because I was stranded. Smiley was very busy but was able to get to me and fix the car. Bolts were stuck and some stripped on my starter but he managed to replace it. I was told at 7:30am he'd be on his way after explaining what was going on with my car its going on 11am and no returned call after I contacted him 9:30am (2 hours after speaking) ,no communication about a ETA I have exhibited plenty of patience and communication
