Hello We have stayed in Swell stays for few days recently. There were pets hair all in room and chairs and sofa you can barely sit on dining table for food because of hygiene purpose. We stayed for 3 nights, and i had situation came in and had to ask for another towel. She kept refusing and arguing, suggesting me to put in washing machine as I really needed at that time had no time to put it (there was no dryer) so you can't even use it at same time. Just don't use. Unethical and stole our money. Tried to rebook after my wife broke her leg in 3 places the week before. Not interested. Took our money $1750.00 No effort to rebook or even partial refund. Fatima was completely disinterested and Airbnb said they could do nothing.
We had the best stay at ‘Rooftop’ managed by Swell Stays! The accommodation had everything we needed, and was spotlessly clean! From the thoughtful provision of dishwashing materials, aluminium foil and cling wrap for food prep, to our request for a high chair and baby cot. It was also perfectly located within Margaret River’s town centre, and right next to Coles!
All of the Swell stays Team have been outstanding during our recent change over to new property managers. They answered all of our many questions very promptly and met us on site a few times with two people We were hesitant to change but already we are benefitting from their excellent communication, navigating the change over, monthly newsletter communication, pleasant and knowledgeable staff and the ability to have Swells Plus making our home feel more secure with supervisor checks , extra facilities and options for our gue... read more
Very frustrating website. If you select pet friendly, it resets your booking days. If you select your booking days, its resets your pet friendly filter. Just gave up in the end.
