Can’t beat the location. Right across from the beach and James street shops. It’s not a city style high rise, but a proper resort with plenty of open space, tennis court, pool and gardens. There is a restaurant and bar underneath the restaurant which is very convenient, and a bust top right outside. The bowls club across the road has cheap drinks and casual barefoot bowls cheap. Newly painted on the outside and inside but rooms are old and dated Service average Won’t return complaint calls or even try and sort them out Doesn’t not have a hold baggage service outside of opening hours Would NOT recommend
Warm spar tennis court and a little gym
Overall really nice - rooms are clean, spacious and modern. Pool was also nice, however wish there were maybe some adults only hours so you can enjoy without hearing screaming kids lol Taking a star off for the rubbish situation - you have to dispose of your own trash or be fined $50. Absolutely ridiculous for a hotel, that’s airbnb behaviour. If i wanted to stay at an airbnb, I would. If I pay a high price for a hotel booking, I shouldn’t be carting all my trash to the bin.
