Our stay was a disaster from check in. Paid for a two bedroom apartment only to find one bathroom was faulty and not able to be used. Dirty cutlery in the kitchen made me question the cleanliness of the entire room. No access to gym which is why we booked in first place. Instructions on check in were absolutely useless. The apartment's centralised aircon relased a burning smell when switched on. During my 3 days at the apartment the management neither fixed it nor gave me another apartment (even upon asking for a transfer). The exhaust in the washrooms are all out of order, best of luck with hot water baths. Overall not upto the mark.
No reception for check in. Sets of instructions that were useless. Requested walk in shower as I am unable to climb into bath. Was promised it would happen. Was given a 2 bed 2 bath apartment with no walk in shower. Reception the following morning were amazing but the stay ha already been spoiled. Wouldnt return
Stayed here a couple of weeks ago with fam and loved it. Great staff , great location.. really enjoyed the spaciousness of the room too. ..only issue was there was constant leaf blower noise, like dentist drill level and it was pretty distracting. Would still recommend this place , but maybe they could get one of the quieter leaf blowers. !! 5 star stay except for that.
