I hit a rock with my prop, the I/O lower unit was fine but boat wasn't driveable beyond idle speed. I had a spare prop but not the correct tools (nor experience) to change the prop out. I figured any marina would just swap it quick for me, but most marinas (including my home marina) couldn't get me in for a couple weeks. They helped me short notice to get my boat on my slip. I am not always the easiest client to deal with and they did a good job. A little miss communication on a repair but they do a good job.
Swell’s driver showed up on time. The gas tank was full and the launch went without a snag.
I've been storing my pair of jet skis the last couple of years with Swell, and I wouldn't consider taking them anywhere else. They are incredibly easy to work with, very laid back and great communication.
