No notes! My husband and I just enjoyed a relaxing weekend away at Swell and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The staff are so friendly, and the facilities felt so private despite the central location with easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. There were so many thoughtful touches such as the complimentary use of sauna/ice bath facilities during which they give you an electrolyte drink, daily yoga, welcome drink and 11am checkout! Will definitely be back.
The location is great, it is very pretty and aesthetic. But otherwise I don't think it is worth the price at all. The service wasn't that great, it just felt like a motel, with no real interaction with staff. The glasses in the room were dirty and never changed. The amenities in the room are quite limited. They also advertised on their website daily yoga, we were there for 3 nights and there was no yoga until end of the week, so we missed it completely. It was a bit disappointing.
Overall a beautiful renovated property. I loved the rooms and the gardens it’s all really spacious and every corner you turn there’s a wow factor about this place. It’s located walking distance to the main shops which is a bonus. The rooms are really nice and the beds were so comfy. I loved the service too the staff were all really accommodating and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to others to stay.
A bit average other than the location. $$$ Hotel prices without the hotel experience. ‘Refresh’ doesn’t include a change of sheets. And walls a very thin….
