We recently had the pleasure of working with Katy and Elissa while completely renovating our house. We went from an older home with one bathroom and 1910 stairs to a home we can continue to live in for many years. They guided us with style and common sense. Our house is now a beautiful home. Choosing to work with the ladies at Swell Design was hands down the best decision we made upon purchasing a historic home with “good bones” and “lots of potential” once being the kindest things you could say about it. The previous owners were insular “DIY-ers” that left a lot of wrongs to be righted, to put it lightly.
