Very pleasant to deal with.
Terrible customer service and they don’t stay current with the laws for title, registration transfers. As a police officer I stopped in to transfer title & registration on a vehicle I just acquired from a friend. State law has allowed gift affidavits from friend to friend for some time now. When he was asked to do that, old man Sweitzer (the Owner) attempted to blow his top with other customers present, lol like I would allow that.
