We sold our house and the buyers picked this firm to do the closing. The closing agent, Rachel, was very sweet but did not disclose that they charged $ 600.00 for preparation of docs. I stated to her several times that I have family who does title. The buyers were paying for sellers title. So I could have done it for FREE!
