The owner of this store needs to improve on his customer service skills, the way he talks to people! I am not trying to tarnish anyone's image, but I went in there to get a specific item I have but someone liked it and wanted it, so I thought Id get a pk for them as well. When I entered, I looked around and although there were some of what I wanted, they were not the exact kind the person wanted. I stopped by this store while visiting a friend, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The owner’s attitude and customer service were poor. When the item I was looking for wasn’t available, he insisted I purchase alternatives he suggested, which appeared to be of low or poor quality. I later tried to return the item, only to learn that the store has a strict no-return policy that was never disclosed at the time of purchase.

Amazing store! The owners are very knowledgeable and customer oriented. Extremely patient going through healthy options for my hair and providing wonderful suggestions that have really made a difference with my hair growth. I will continue to return to Sweetwells, this is a fantastic Black-owned business, I don't understand the negative reviews
