I stopped by this store while visiting a friend, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The owner’s attitude and customer service were poor. When the item I was looking for wasn’t available, he insisted I purchase alternatives he suggested, which appeared to be of low or poor quality. I later tried to return the item, only to learn that the store has a strict no-return policy that was never disclosed at the time of purchase.

Amazing store! The owners are very knowledgeable and customer oriented. Extremely patient going through healthy options for my hair and providing wonderful suggestions that have really made a difference with my hair growth. I will continue to return to Sweetwells, this is a fantastic Black-owned business, I don't understand the negative reviews

Terrible customer service!!!! Owner greeted me nicely, but as I walked in with my stroller proceeded to tell me no my daughter (in her stroller) must stay in the front of the store. I do not know you why would I leave my daughter with you? It is not welcoming and race and sexism definitely played a factor. I have been on that store with a male and my daughter in the stroller and he never told me that. The moment I’m alone I must keep my baby up front.
