SCAM..... Received a text prior to my procedure stating $1600.00 due upon service, for the facility only, doctor, Anastasia, nursing billed separately and due at time of service. I asked for an for estimate. They didn't know. Would not give me names or numbers for anyone who might know. Sorry that's extortion. Sign the contract we will bill you what we want after.
