No local employees. Local office is permanently closed. Rat problems. Flooding problems. Unauthorized payments. New management as of 09/25 is in Arizona? If you don't count the occasional double billing this could be the cheapest storage place in Douglas county. But I don't hate anyone enough in this world to store their stuff at this place.
Great prices, great customer service, and easy to work with. I appreciate how simple the team makes everything, their responsiveness, and the the general convenience.
I stored here for years and when I finally moved out, I found my things had been ruined by rain water that leaked through the ceiling of my unit. I paid for a protection plan with the previous company, Sweetwater Storage, but when StorYourWay took over they sent a notice stating that this covered nothing as far as damage to my property. The unit was crawling with cockroaches and had mouse droppings everywhere.
