Was there for a while, unit leaked water from roof and damaged my stuff. Theyade it clear they weren't responsible. Doors leak underneath with heavy rain. Found rat droppings all over stuff when i move my stuff out.

Been there several yrs. 2 owners and now Recently under new management (ownership). Never had a rodent problem, until now. According to the new owners they suggest it's my problem & to get rental (storage) insurance. In so many words they can care less. Rent at your own risk.
