Slow and disappointing dinner – My wife and I have had lunch at Sweetwater several times and been pleased with the food and the service. Unfortunately the first time we had dinner here will be the last. It took a long time for our appetizer to arrive and what was supposed to be calamari tasted like deep-fried slices of bicycle inner tube. Then we waited for our dinner, and waited, and waited. good location I went to sweetwater for the first time on friday night. it was nice. and friday nights they have a special 2 for 1 on beers so that was a plus
Awful meal – We had dinner at Sweetwater on a Saturday night. I had to send back the first glass of cabernet, because it smelled and tasted like it belonged on a salad, not in a glass. The bread that was brought to the table had unincorporated, dry, flour in the middle. The appetizer, slices of pear wrapped in prosciutto and grilled, was overcooked; the proscuitto was more like turkey bacon after being cremated.
