Dr Trope in the emergency room is an incredible doctor, he was incredibly sensitive to my situation, he listened, he cared and he made my experience overall the best it could be under circumstances ! His nurse for the day was also great and very kind and caring. overall this experience was incredibly important to me. Triage was also fast and the lady was incredibly sensitive and kind as well. Very thankful!
I cannot believe how rude and unprofessional Amber who does the authorizations for Dr. Thomas Vance is. Her boss Alise apparently is ok with it. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
I went to ask the lady at the front desk about my daughters chronic illness form she needs for school and she told me they will call me back and I haven’t heard anything from them for several days and I went in again to ask about it and she seemed so annoyed and gave me a quick answer, not a friendly lady, I would of given zero stars if that was an option.
I was transported there Saturday August 15th, I coded. They saved me! I don’t who they was as I had to be intubated & flown to Chattanooga, but I wanna give them a big thank you!
