I've done business with them since we bought our hot tub back in 2007. It's gone from bad to worse. Service is terrible and they charge to fix heat pump but when it doesn't work they charge more. In my opinion if they charged to fix it and it wasn't fixed properly they should come fix it properly rather than charging more and more and more.
I certainly agree with Lee Ann and Adriana's review!!!!!! I have had nothing but issues with my Caldera Niagra. Previously, I owned a Hot Springs Vanguard for over 10 years without any problems. Currently, my spa is leaking water. What a piece of junk! And as Lee Ann indicates, they will not respond to my call. Called them 2 days ago and have received no response. Stay clear from this business.
Didn't have what I needed. Didn't know when they would have it.
