I recommend Sweetwater Pool Service. My pool professional that comes out to the pool weekly always does a nice job. They vacuum my pool every other week. My chlorinator hose broke and they called me to let me know, and I approved the repair. The repair was reasonable. I have called the office and spoke to Denise, she is very nice and answered all my questions, then sent me an email to follow up. Nothing but good people at Sweetwater.
They did a repair and the same afternoon there was a really loud noise. I reported it and the owner Jim said it was a coincidence and that I was just using this as a convenient excuse to get free service. He then accused me of rambling on and hung up on me. I had told him that I would not pay the repair until it was fixed to my satisfaction. After he hung up on me he immediately put an unauthorized charge on my credit card which I have now disputed. What sold me is their prestigious commercial work. They take care of some great amazing pools in the area, and I was not let down in hiring them. They truly make you feel like family and not just a customer. I no longer have to worry about my pool being properly taken care of! Such a luxury, I do not see myself changing service providers for a long time to come and I recommend them to all my friends.
